The SVG checker reads the file you select in the current page. It does not upload it, send it to another service, or keep a copy. Closing or reloading the page clears the selected file and result. Exported reports are saved only when you choose to download them.
Calculations and storage
Your size-tool inputs remain in the current page. When you follow a file’s sizing link, the selected file name, dimensions, unit and groups are briefly placed in session storage in your browser and consumed by the sizing page. They are not added to network request URLs. We do not retain a profile of your measurements.
Site analytics
We use two measurement services to see which pages and tools people use: Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, European Union) and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States). They receive page-view information and a small set of named actions, such as checking an SVG, filtering or ordering the library, running a size calculation or downloading a file.
These requests include browser and connection information, including your IP address. Google Analytics runs with analytics storage, advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation all denied before any Google code loads, so it makes cookie-free measurement requests and sets no advertising identifier. We send Google a page address without its query string, fragment or referring address.
Plausible measures visits without cookies and without any identifier that follows you between sites. We send it a page address without its query string or fragment. It also receives the referring page address when your browser provides one.
The file you check, its contents, its name, your measurements and any text you enter are never included in what we send. The action names and their values are a fixed list written into the site's own code.
Who else receives data, and why

Plausible Insights OÜ for cookie-free page measurement, hosted in the European Union.
Nobody else. This site serves no advertising, carries no affiliate link, embeds no social widget and loads no font, script or image from a third party. Every SVG, preview and download comes from this site's own server.
If a display advertising network is ever added here, this page will name it and describe what it receives before the first advertisement is served.

Our measurement runs on the legitimate interest of understanding which pages and tools are used, with advertising and personalisation consent denied by default and no cross-site identifier set. We do not sell or share personal information, and we run no profiling or automated decision-making.
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to measurement. Use the contact page. Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, a request usually has to be matched to a specific page visit and time before we can act on it.
Measurement data is retained by Google for 14 months and by Plausible in aggregate form without an expiry. The files you download are yours and we keep no record of which ones you took.
