Only part of the SVG appeared after import

Compare the whole file with the destination preview to identify which objects were lost.

Check what is in the file

Inspect clipping, masks, nested canvases and raster content.

Check whether artwork extends beyond the SVG canvas or your software’s working area.

Make a safe correction

  1. Keep an editable copy.
  2. Flatten unsupported effects to plain vector geometry where appropriate.
  3. Resize or reposition only after identifying the missing objects; reimport and compare the full design.
