Canva SVG upload: requirements and cut-file limits

Canva accepts SVG uploads with its stated size and SVG profile requirements. It does not assign machine cut and score operations.

Prepare the SVG

Canva lists an SVG file size under 3 MB and an SVG 1.1 profile. Its preparation guidance calls for expanded strokes and text, grouped colours and no textures or gradients.

Keep the vector original

Check any exported copy separately. A PNG export gives you a raster picture, even when the original was an SVG.
