Glowforge SVG files: upload types and limits

Choose the right format

DXF upload requires Glowforge Premium. An SVG wrapper around a bitmap does not create vector outlines.

Upload through the Glowforge app

1. Sign in to the Glowforge app.
2. Choose Create a new design, then Upload a file.
3. Select your design, review its size and assign the intended operations.

Inspect the separate shapes and the assigned operations. A successful upload does not establish suitable material settings or a safe physical result.
