How to upload SVG to Cricut Design Space

Desktop: Windows or Mac

1. Open the Canvas and choose Upload in the left design panel.
2. Choose the SVG from your computer, or drag it into the upload window, then continue.
3. Name the image and upload it. Review the grouped vector layers on the Canvas.

iPhone or iPad

1. Save the SVG to a location you can find in Files.
2. In Design Space, tap Upload on the bottom toolbar and browse files.
3. Select the SVG, finish the upload prompts and review the design on the Canvas.

Android

1. Tap Upload on the bottom toolbar.
2. Choose the photo library/file-storage route shown by your Android version, then find the saved SVG.
3. Complete the upload prompts and check the design on the Canvas.

If the upload fails

Cricut limits SVG uploads to 5,000 paths. DXF uploads are unavailable in the iOS and Android apps. Use the SVG checker to inspect the file rather than guessing from its thumbnail.
